It did fit my 2013 3rd gen Kindle Fire HDX 8.9 as advertised. It is so thin and flimsy it's really useless. And the graphic doesn't extend all the way around so it doesn't even look good. Of course being a third party seller means it's not worth the return effort. Pass on this case unless you have absolutely no other choice, which pretty soon it just might be.
