UPDATE! About a week passed between me reaching out to the company and me receiving a replacement cord! Better yet? I've given it some time and the cord works. Customer Service is something that I truly think can make or break a company and LAX Gadgets has provided me with a hassle free transaction both during my initial purchase and during the warranty replacement. It is a really great charger that works perfectly with my Samsung Galaxy S7 & like I mentioned in my initial review, I love the color and the length. The cords for our tablets and other devices at work are starting to look a little worse for wear. &I will definitely be grabbing a couple more of these Braided Nylon Micro USB Cables when the time comes.[Two Stars: I purchased this charger a month ago and as of a week ago I have been having problems with it staying connected to my phone - making it impossible to 'set and forget' when I've plugged my phone in before bed. This is incredibly important to me when it comes to a charger... I love the length - the color is great - I just need to trust that my phone is actually charging when it's plugged in... I am going to try and take advantage of their warranty and will update my review if/when this issue is fixed.]
